There’s no additional charge for standard advertising. If you need a more complex or offshore campaign, we’ll discuss costs upfront. We manage all candidate communications, screening applications, replying to every candidate, and keeping them updated throughout the process.

Every shortlisted candidate is interviewed by me — not just a quick phone screen, but a proper conversation to assess skills, experience, motivations, salary expectations, and notice period. You’ll receive a concise report so you know exactly who you’re meeting and why.
Interview Coordination & Feedback

We handle all the back-and-forth so you don’t have to. We coordinate interviews, manage expectations, and share clear feedback with both sides. This keeps your employer brand strong and ensures candidates feel respected, even if they’re not selected.
Reference Checking and Testing

We manage salary and offer negotiations with transparency and professionalism. Expectations are aligned early on, so there are no surprises. We handle the sensitive conversations and help secure an agreement that works for both sides.
Guarantee Period
Support beyond the signed contract.
Our job doesn’t end on Day 1 or even at the end of the Guarantee period. We stay in touch with both parties for as long as it’s necessary to ensure all goes well.
