Meet Sarah Wilson, Managing Director

If I were in your position, I’d want to know about the person leading your recruitment – so here’s what you should know: after 18 years working for some of Wellington’s top recruitment agencies, I set up my own business in 2018.

My plan was simple – rather than a transactional model, I wanted the freedom to really partner with businesses and offer a personal service.

We have the technology and admin support of a larger company, but you will always be dealing with me personally.

It’s my business, so I can tailor a solution that suits your business.
